Thinking About You

I've been thinking about you
I wish we could sit together
And have a cup of tea.
But since we can't,
When you get this cup
I hope you will think of me.
Friends are like four leaf clovers,
hard to find, lucky to have.
I value the friend who for me
finds time on his calendar.
I cherish the friend who for me
does not consult his calendar.
If I could reach up and hold a star
for each time you've made me smile
The entire evening sky would
be in the palm of my hand.
